I found this recipe in Southern Living magazine and loved it. Since several family members don't like cilantro, I left it out. I, on the other hand, LOVE cilantro, so will definitely add it next time. Instead of having to type out the recipe, I've just added the link, here.

I would expect this from our Georgia Peach! Thanks for sharing. Do you have any tips for preparing peaches?? I find it difficult to know just what to do with them.
